Dr.
Shiva Kanaujia Sukula is Deputy Librarian at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Central
Library, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Dr. Sukula has published
several books, technical papers in renowned national, international journals
and conferences. Dr. Sukula is currently contributing through web-based
information resources and services by extending the Digital Library development
and services. Her professional competencies involve integration of new
technologies towards development of networked information services and
implementation of active information literacy programs for enhancing library
services for providing high quality services to end-users.
Dr. P K Jain has more than 35 years of experience in the
field of Library and Information Science (LIS). He holds Ph.D, M.Phil &
MLIS Degree in LIS and Master Degree in Economics and Sociology. Presently he
is working as Librarian at Institute of Economic Growth (IEG), Delhi since
1987. He is the Director, Special Library Association (SLA), USA and Past President
and current Treasurer of the Asia Community, SLA; President Elect of Sci-Tech
Community, SLA and President of Society for Library Professionals. He has
received several honours and awards including:- SLA Hall of Fame Award 2018,
SLA Asian Librarian Award 2017, SLA Fellow 2015, SIS Fellow Award, SLA- DDLP
Award 2004 and many more. He has
published more than 32 research papers and edited 14 conference proceedings.
