Twenty Five Years of Library Science Writings

The present work is a 25 years (1964-1988) cumulative index to articles
published in the journal "Library science With Slant to Documentation " now
renamed as "Library Science With Slant to documentation & Information Studies".
It is thus an attempt at the bibliographic control. The index is divided into
four parts viz. Alphabetical Subject Index, Author Index, Title Index and
Chronological Index. Part I Alphabetical Subject Index is explained by various
heading and Sub-headings. All the entries included in this Index stand serially
numbered in one sequence. The entry arrangement is alphabetical by author
followed by the full bibliographical detail. It is hoped that this ready
reference tool will serve a useful purpose to the Library Science scholars in
Locating the articles published during the period 1964-1988 and spare them from
of scrutinizing all the 25 volumes.
